A police constable who allegedly demanded money from a motorist who had committed a traffic violation, has been charged for breaching the Corruption Prevention Act, and is to stand trial on December 8. Constable Samuel Spence is charged jointly with Kenneth Peart (a wrecker driver who is facing charges of soliciting and aiding and abetting). [...]
