Police – To Serve & Kidnap?

Here’s today’s Clovis cartoon that was featured in the Editorial section of the Jamaica Observer newspaper. It shows the police motto of “To Serve & Protect” being replaced by “To Serve & Kidnap”. Not sure what previous recent incident this is in relation to, but here is the cartoon:

Today’s Clovis cartoon in the Jamaica Observer is an unfortunate testament to the alarming recent increase in the incidents of kidnapping, rape and carnal abuse in Jamaica.
