Got a call from someone Jamaica saying you won a lottery, sweepstakes or some other contest, and that you need to send some money in order to receive your ‘cash prize’? It’s a popular scam. Contact the Office of the Police Commissioner – (876) 927-4421 or (876) 927-4422 – and they will indicate the appropriate unit/department for you to make this report.
