81 male constables were added to the Jamaica Constabulary Force’s complement yesterday, and participated in a passing-out parade at the Jamaica Police Academy in Twickenham Park, St. Catherine. The Reverend Dr Stevenson Samuels, chaplain of the University of the West Indies, addressed the graduates in yesterday’s passing-out ceremony, and challenged the graduates to stand for principles, values, honesty and truth, and to practice good policing.
