Man Charged With Murder Of Hanover Cop
39-year-old Wayne ‘Kingsley’ Morris of Haughton Grove in Hanover, has been charged with the July 26, 2010 murder of Corporal Omar Duncan of the Ramble Police Station in Hanover. Duncan was shot and killed as he investigated reports of armed thugs breaking into a shop. Morris has also been charged with shop breaking and larceny.
