As I write the reports are that 74 people have been shot dead by a force that has obviously been on an uncontrolled rampage through civilian areas which has included indiscriminate bombing from helicopters. It ought to be clear to any thoughtful person that the whole purpose of this adventure has been to announce to the Jamaican people that the new master will tolerate no revolts in this developing recession and that the Jamaican bankers and their henchmen must be reimbursed and made whole there too at everybody elses expense.
