Today’s Clovis cartoon in the Chat magazine shows wanted men (alleged gangsters) running to turn themselves in to the police. It references recent happenings, where the police issued a list of wanted men (alleged gangsters), and several of these alleged gangsters turned themselves in almost immediately, possibly due to the no-nonsense approach that Jamaica’s police and soldiers adopted as they sought to rid Western Kingston of gangsters and gunmen.
