Policemen Arrested For Motor Vehicle Larceny
Further to the ongoing investigation of the disappearance of several vehicles that were being kept as court exhibits, from the Ramble (Hanover) police station’s yard, a release last night stated that Sergeant Derrick Barnes has been charged with four counts of larceny as a servant, while Corporal Shane Givans has been charged with one count of aiding and abetting larceny as a servant.
Both men will face the Hanover Resident Magistrate’s court today.

It seems as if the new recruits are doing courses in being superb criminals when they go to the police academy; because there is no area of crime that the police are not involved in. We cannot even pretend to be shocked when we hear some of the demeaning levels that they have stooped to. They make us sick to our stomachs.
