In today’s Gleaner newspaper, columnist Garth Rattray says that Rear Admiral Hardley Lewin was ‘hardley’ able to make a difference during his time as Commissioner of Police. He says, “And, if I knew Hardley as more than an acquaintance, I would have advised him to avoid the job at all costs because, given his personality, training and background, it would only frustrate him.
