Today is the last official day in office for outgoing Commissioner of Police, Rear Admiral Hardley Lewin, and the Editorial in today’s Gleaner newspaper takes another look at his recent resignation.
It begins … “Prime Minister Bruce Golding suggested in his statement to Parliament this week to have been as surprised as anyone at Rear Admiral Hardley Lewin’s resignation last weekend as Jamaica’s police chief.
