Jamaica Observer Editorial Lashes Police Federation
The Editorial in today’s Jamaica Observer newspaper lashes the Police Federation regarding its Chairman’s recent statement that Assistant Commissioner of Police Les Green should provide the proof or resign for saying that some police officers have been killed in recent times because they were actually involved in criminal activities.
Here’s a snippet from the Editorial – “Quite frankly, the federation is spewing a lot of balderdash and is displaying hypocrisy on this issue, as its members are very well aware of what is happening among their ranks. They displayed that awareness when they applauded former commissioner Thomas’ statement which was just as damning as Mr Green’s,” click here to see the complete editorial.
