The justice system needs a big overhaul. Criminals are able to kill Police Officers anytime they want and nothing comes of it. The Commissioner and his Officers are waiting too long to take drastic measures and so lives are just being wasted. They can make a change if they want to. Tougher penalties, less stay time when convicted.
