Shoot-Out This Morning Leaves 3 Policemen Injured
A shoot-out at the home of popular dancehall / reggae singer Luciano has reportedly left one alleged gunman dead, and three policemen injured. Reports indicate that the police were conducting operations in the area of Westminster Crescent in St. Andrew at approximately 5 a.m. this morning when they came under fire from person(s) inside Luciano’s home.
After a reported two hour gun battle, the gunman was killed and the three injured policemen taken to hospital. Luciano and another occupant of the house have reportedly been taken into police custody.
