Cartoon – Corrupt Traffic Police
Jamaica Observer cartoonist, Clovis, recently did the cartoon you see below; it was as a result of an article where a female complained that corrupt traffic police that previously sought bribes in the form of cash, are now taking steps with female victims and attempting to get contact information and / or a date in exchange for dropping the charges.
