Policeman Instills Discipline
This picture was published on the front page of yesterday’s Jamaica Observer newspaper. It shows Constable Karlington Armstrong buttoning the shirt of a student of the Cedric Titus Comprehensive High School in Clarks Town, Trelawny. Constable Armstrong was on patrol and noticed them walking through the town with their shirts unbuttoned and out of their pants. He proceeded to give the youngster and his schoolmates a lecture in proper grooming.
