Jhanelle Gouldbourne Case – Constable Charged With Murder
Constable Rushon Hamilton, who was previously being held for carnal abusing 15 year old Jhaneel Gouldbourne and who was suspected of having a hand in her disappearance last October, has been charged with murder. Deputy Commissioner in charge of Crime, Mark Shields, said the policeman was charged after consultations with the Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP).
Just last week it was noted that another policeman and a woman had been held in connection with Gouldbourne’s disappearance.
