Retired Crimefighter Reneto Adams to Run For the PNP?
It’s rumored that retired (and somewhat controversial) no-nonsense senior superintendent of Police, Reneto Adams, is contemplating a run for caretaker in the South West St. Elizabeth constituency on the opposition People’s National Party’s ticket. It was vacated last year by the Reverend Stanley Redwood who was defeated in the 2007 general elections by the JLP’s Christopher Tufton.
Along with Adams, there are at least two other persons who have reportedly indicated an interest in the position, but no one has officially applied for it as yet.
