Police Protect Cross-Dressers

Front page of today’s Chat magazine is a Clovis cartoon that speaks to a recent incident in Old Harbour, St. Catherine, where the police swooped down on a house said to be occupied by make cross-dresses, including two juveniles. While the raid was being conducted, the men had to be protected by the police from angry residents who hurdled abuse and obscenities and demanded that they be removed from the community completely. The juveniles were taken into custody under the Child Care & Protection Act. Check out the cartoon below.
