Police Constable Charged with Carnal Abuse
22 year old Constable Rushon Hamilton, of the Harbour View police station, was yesterday charged by the Centre for the Investigation of Sexual Offences and Child Abuse (CISCOA). He was charged with carnal abuse, indecent assault and attempting to pervert the course of justice with regard to a 14 year old who was also recently abducted and is now missing.
It is alleged that on October 4, 2008, Constable Hamilton took the young girl to his private quarters where he had sexual intercourse with her. The offence was reported to the police sometime after and an investigation was launched. During the investigation, he reportedly coerced the girl to change the statement that she had previously given to the police.

Everytime I read this story, tears flood my eyes…I am way pass the age of 14 but i could have been a possible victim of his actions as well…Mr Hamilton have pledged to serve,protect and reassure but he instead he did the opposite…let justice prevail!!!
